1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using PropFlow AI (hosted at propflowais.com), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use PropFlow AI.
2. Description of Service
PropFlow AI provides an AI-assisted workspace for converting raw discovery notes into structured proposal drafts, extracting scope deliverables, calculating project pricing tiers, and organizing Deal Pipeline CRM metrics.
3. Strict Disclaimer of Professional & Legal Warranties ("AS-IS")
ALL PROPOSALS, STATEMENTS OF WORK, PRICING TIERS, MILESTONE SCHEDULES, COMPLIANCE CLAUSES, AND CONTRACT TERMS GENERATED BY PROPFLOW AI ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. PROPFLOW AI IS NOT A LAW FIRM, FINANCIAL ADVISORY, OR LICENSED ENGINEERING ENTITY.
You acknowledge and agree that you bear sole and exclusive responsibility for reviewing, fact-checking, verifying, and editing all proposals, mathematical calculations, scopes, and legal language before presenting, negotiating, or executing them with clients or third parties.
4. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PROPFLOW AI, ITS FOUNDERS, OPERATORS, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF CONTRACTS, REVENUE, PROFITS, CLIENT GOODWILL, FULFILLMENT PENALTIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PROPFLOW AI'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO PROPFLOW AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50.00 USD), WHICHEVER IS LESS.
5. User Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PropFlow AI, its officers, directors, and agents against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) any proposal or commercial contract you deliver to or enter into with your clients; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
6. 100% User Ownership of Proposals & Data
You retain 100% full, exclusive, and unencumbered ownership of all discovery notes, client names, proprietary specifications, and proposal documents created using PropFlow AI. PropFlow AI does not claim any copyright or intellectual property rights over your customer deliverables.
7. Subscriptions, Free Quota & Cancellations
Every new account receives 3 free proposal generations. Paid plans (Starter $9.99/mo, Pro $19/mo, Enterprise $29.99/mo) are billed via secure PayPal processing. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no lock-in contract.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws. Inquiries may be directed to our official support team at propflow.ai1@gmail.com.
Privacy Commitment: We respect your confidentiality. We do not sell your personal data or discovery notes to any third-party advertisers or brokers.

We collect your full name, email address, optional agency name, and encrypted authentication tokens. We also store the discovery notes and proposal records you generate to allow access in your Deal Pipeline CRM.
2. How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used solely to provide and operate PropFlow AI services, authenticate your account, send transactional 6-digit verification codes, and deliver customer support.
3. Zero Data Brokering or Advertising Sales
We strictly DO NOT sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your client proposals, notes, or contact info to data brokers, marketing agencies, or AI training data marketplaces.
4. Security & Encryption
All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 256-bit encryption. Account data is secured with row-level permissions.
5. Data Deletion Rights
You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated proposals at any time by contacting us at propflow.ai1@gmail.com.
